Training programs created and personalized
Nutritional data entered manually

Health data (optional, opt-in):

If you enable the connection to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), we access health data (activity, sleep, heart rate, body measurements, workouts). See dedicated section 6.

Application usage data (pages visited, features used)
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type
Cookies and similar technologies (see section 8)

Payment data:

Transactions are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your bank details. Stripe is PCI-DSS level 1 certified.

Contract execution: to provide the services you have subscribed to
Consent: for sending marketing communications, the use of certain cookies, and access to health data via Apple Health / Health Connect
Legitimate interest: to improve our services and ensure platform security

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Stripe: for payment processing

Technical service providers: only to the extent necessary to provide our services

6. Health Data (Apple Health and Health Connect)

If you enable the optional integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS or Health Connect on Android, Fit'Distance may access, with your explicit authorization granted at the time you provide it, the following categories of data:

Physical activity: step count, distance covered, active calories
Heart rate: average and resting
Sleep: duration
Body measurements: weight, body fat
Workouts recorded by your third-party fitness apps (Apple Watch, Garmin, etc.)

Sole purpose — this data is used exclusively to enable your coach to adapt your training programs to your actual activity, recovery and progression. No other use is made of this data.

Strict commitments, in compliance with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect terms of service:

Your health data is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your health data is never sold or rented.
Your health data is never used to target advertising or to measure advertising campaign performance.
Your health data is never transmitted for research, clinical studies, or external statistical analyses without your explicit and separate consent.
Only you and your assigned coach within Fit'Distance have access to this data.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely.

Your controls:

Access is strictly opt-in: no health data is read until you have given your consent within the application.
You can revoke this access at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fit'Distance
- Android: Health Connect app → Permissions and data → Fit'Distance
- Within Fit'Distance: Settings → Health → Disconnect
Upon disconnection or account deletion, the health data associated with your account is deleted from Fit'Distance servers within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal reasons.

Fit'Distance may anonymize certain data to improve sports training and nutritional algorithms. Anonymized data does not allow us to identify you and may be retained indefinitely. Health data from Apple Health or Health Connect is excluded from this anonymization and is never reused for any other purpose.

8. Cookies

When you visit our website, cookies may be installed on your browser.

Cookies are small files stored on your device, necessary for the website to function. They do not contain personal information that directly identifies you.

These measures include:
