How to properly perform the Cable One Arm Lateral Bent Over

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a cable handle in one hand.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight, and lean forward slightly.
  3. With your free hand, brace yourself against your thigh for support.
  4. Pull the cable handle out to the side, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
  5. Engage your shoulder muscles as you lift the handle to shoulder height.
  6. Lower the handle back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  7. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
