How to properly perform the Chest Supported Dumbbell Front Raises

  1. Set an incline bench to approximately a 45-degree angle.
  2. Lie face down on the incline bench with your chest supported and hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing your body).
  3. With your arms fully extended and slightly bent elbows, raise the dumbbells in front of you until they are at shoulder level.
  4. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
