What is the Foam Roll Peroneals?

How to properly perform the Foam Roll Peroneals

  3. Focus on tight or painful areas and apply gentle pressure to relieve tension.
  4. Continue rolling for 1 to 2 minutes, then switch legs and repeat on the other side.
