What is the Muscle-up with bands?

The muscle-up with bands enables the mastering of the technical and strength elements needed to perform a full muscle-up. By incorporating a resistance band, you can gradually build the strength and coordination needed to accomplish this advanced exercise.

How to properly perform the Muscle-up with bands

Grab onto a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart. Place a resistance band around the bar and under your knees or feet, depending on your strength level.
By engaging your back and shoulder muscles, pull yourself up by bending your elbows and pushing your hips forward. Continue pulling until your chest reaches the bar, then slowly lower yourself back to the starting position, controlling the movement. This exercise is ideal for developing the necessary strength to perform a full muscle-up.
