How to properly perform the Standing Wide-Legged Adductor Stretch (Toes Pointed Forward)
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward.
- Slightly bend your knees and maintain an upright posture.
- Slowly lean to one side, lowering your weight towards the leg that is being stretched.
- Breathe deeply and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
