How to properly perform the Supine Twist with Bent Knees on Swiss Ball
- Lie on your back on a stability ball with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide.
- Engage your core and rotate your torso to one side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
