What is the BOSU - Crunches?

How to properly perform the BOSU - Crunches

  1. Sit on the Bosu Ball with your feet planted on the floor and knees bent.

  3. Contract your abdominal muscles and curl your torso forward, rolling your shoulders forward.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the contraction, then slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement.
  5. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
