What is the Barbell Seated Shrug?

How to properly perform the Barbell Seated Shrug

  1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the ground and your back straight.

  3. Lift your shoulders towards your ears, squeezing your traps at the top of the movement.
  4. Lower your shoulders back down in a controlled manner.
