How to properly perform the Dumbbell Incline Hammer Press

  1. Set an adjustable bench to a 30-45 degree incline.
  2. Grab a dumbbell in each hand and sit on the bench with your back against it.
  3. Start with the dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
  4. Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
  5. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
