What is the Dumbbell Side Bends?

The dumbbell side bends are an excellent isolation exercise to target the oblique muscles and enhance core strength. This exercise is suitable for all fitness levels as it can be adjusted based on the dumbbell weight. Moreover, it helps improve body stability and balance.

How to properly perform the Dumbbell Side Bends

  1. Stand up straight with a dumbbell in one hand, palm facing your body.
