How to properly perform the Exercise Ball Hip Bridge

  1. Place an exercise ball on the floor and lie on your back with your feet resting on top of the ball.
  2. Extend your arms along your sides for stability.
  3. Press your feet into the ball and lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
