How to properly perform the Kneeling Quad Stretch
- Kneel on the ground with one knee down and the other foot planted in front of you.
- Keeping your torso upright, lean forward and grab your back foot with the hand on the same side.
- Gently pull your foot towards your glutes, feeling a stretch in the front of your thigh (quadriceps).
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then release and switch sides.
- Repeat on the other leg for a balanced stretch.
