How to properly perform the Medicine Ball Full Twist

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level.
  2. Engage your core and rotate your torso to the right, pivoting on your left foot.
  3. Twist your body as far as you can to the right, extending your arms to the side.
  4. Pause briefly, then rotate your torso back to the center.
  5. Repeat the movement, this time rotating to the left.
  6. Continue alternating twists for the recommended number of repetitions.
