How to properly perform the Medicine Ball Full Twist
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level.
- Engage your core and rotate your torso to the right, pivoting on your left foot.
- Twist your body as far as you can to the right, extending your arms to the side.
- Pause briefly, then rotate your torso back to the center.
- Repeat the movement, this time rotating to the left.
- Continue alternating twists for the recommended number of repetitions.
