What is the Neck Circles (Warm-up)?

Neck circles are an effective warm-up exercise that helps improve flexibility and mobility of the neck muscles. This exercise is especially beneficial before intense workouts or after long periods of inactivity to reduce tension and prevent injuries.

How to properly perform the Neck Circles (Warm-up)

  1. Stand or sit in a comfortable position.
  2. Slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
  3. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in the left side of your neck.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the left side.
  5. For a deeper stretch, you can gently pull your head with your hand.
