What is the Seated Band Rows?

How to properly perform the Seated Band Rows
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you, and loop a resistance band around your feet.
- Hold the ends of the band with both hands, keeping your arms straight.
- Pull the band towards your torso, bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control of the band.
