What is the Seated Band Rows?

The seated band rows are an effective exercise for targeting the back muscles, especially the lats and rhomboids. Using a resistance band provides a convenient and accessible alternative to traditional gym machines, allowing you to perform this exercise anywhere.

How to properly perform the Seated Band Rows

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you, and loop a resistance band around your feet.
  2. Hold the ends of the band with both hands, keeping your arms straight.
  3. Pull the band towards your torso, bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control of the band.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
