How to properly perform the Alternating Step Groiners
- Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
- Bring your right foot forward and place it next to your right hand, flexing your hip and opening up the hip joint.
- Return your right foot back to the starting position and repeat the movement with your left foot, alternating sides.
- Continue alternating sides, maintaining a controlled and stable plank position throughout the exercise.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
