What is the Dynaband External Rotations?

How to properly perform the Dynaband External Rotations

  1. Attach a DynaBand or resistance band to a stable anchor point at waist height.
  2. Stand with your side facing the anchor point and hold the band with one hand.
  3. Keep your elbow bent at a 90-degree angle and your upper arm parallel to the floor.
  4. Rotate your forearm away from your body, keeping your upper arm stationary.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
  6. Switch sides and repeat the exercise with the other arm.
