What is the Dynaband External Rotations?

How to properly perform the Dynaband External Rotations
- Attach a DynaBand or resistance band to a stable anchor point at waist height.
- Stand with your side facing the anchor point and hold the band with one hand.
- Keep your elbow bent at a 90-degree angle and your upper arm parallel to the floor.
- Rotate your forearm away from your body, keeping your upper arm stationary.
- Return to the starting position and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
- Switch sides and repeat the exercise with the other arm.
