How to properly perform the Dumbbell Lying Hammer Press

  1. Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other (hammer grip).
  2. Position the dumbbells at shoulder level, upper arms parallel to the floor.
  3. Press the dumbbells upward, extending your arms fully without locking your elbows.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
