What is the Frontal Horizontal Pull with Elastic Band?

The frontal horizontal pull with an elastic band is an effective exercise for strengthening the back muscles and improving your posture. By incorporating this exercise, you're targeting rowing muscles and building muscular strength.

How to properly perform the Frontal Horizontal Pull with Elastic Band

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the ends of the resistance band in each hand, ensuring the band is taut.
  2. Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
  3. Pull the band apart by extending both arms to the side, in a wide arc, until they're extended out to the side.
  4. Slowly return your arms back to the starting position, maintaining resistance in the band throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of repetitions.
