How to properly perform the Pull Ups (Neutral Grip)

  1. Stand underneath a pull-up bar and grasp the handles with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
  2. Hang freely with your arms fully extended, maintaining a straight body position.
  3. Engage your core and pull yourself up by bending your elbows and driving your elbows down and back.
  4. Continue pulling until your chin is above the bar.
  5. Lower yourself back down with control, fully extending your arms.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
