How to properly perform the Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns

  1. Attach a straight bar attachment to a high cable pulley.
  2. Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  3. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up) and your hands shoulder-width apart.
  4. Keep your upper arms close to your sides and your elbows stationary as you push the bar down by extending your elbows.
  5. Fully extend your arms, pause for a moment, then slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
