How to properly perform the Seated Single Arm Dumbbell Lat Raises
- Sit on a bench with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand, with your palm facing your body.
- Raise the dumbbell out to the side, keeping your arm straight and your palm facing down.
- Continue raising the dumbbell until your arm is parallel to the floor.
- Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch arms and repeat.
