How to properly perform the Standing Cable Russian Twists

  1. Stand facing a cable machine, holding a cable handle with both hands in front of your chest.
  2. Stand in a slightly bent position with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Activate your abdominal muscles and rotate your torso to the right, bringing the cable handle across your body.
  4. Return to center, then rotate your torso to the left, bringing the cable handle across your body.
  5. Repeat the movement, alternating sides, for the recommended number of repetitions.
