How to properly perform the Standing Dumbbell Straight-Arm Front Delt Raise Above Head

- Extend your arms straight in front of you with your palms facing down.
- Keeping your arms straight, exhale and raise the dumbbells up above your head until they are at shoulder level.
- Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, focusing on contracting your front deltoid muscles.
- Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
