How to properly perform the Back Supported Hanging Leg Raises
- Hang from a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you and your hands shoulder-width apart.

- Keeping your legs straight, lift them upward as high as possible, aiming to bring them parallel to the floor.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower your legs back down with control to the starting position.
