How to properly perform the Cable Standing Wrist Reverse Curl
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a cable handle with an overhand grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your body and your forearms parallel to the ground.
- Slowly curl the cable handle towards your body, squeezing your forearms at the top of the movement.
- Lower the cable handle back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
