How to properly perform the Heaving Snatch Balance

  1. Start with a barbell on your back in a standing position, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and dip down by bending at the hips.
  3. Quickly extend your hips, driving the barbell upwards while simultaneously dropping into a deep overhead squat position.
  4. Catch the barbell overhead with locked arms and full control.
  5. Stand back up to the starting position and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
