How to properly perform the Sandbag - Alternating Static Side Lunges (Front)

  1. Hold a sandbag in front of your chest with both hands.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointed forward.
  3. Take a wide step to the side with your right foot, keeping your left foot planted and both feet facing forward.
  4. Bend your right knee and lower your body into a lunge position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  5. Push through your right heel and return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the movement on the opposite side, taking a wide step to the left with your left foot.
  7. Continue alternating sides for the recommended number of repetitions.
