What is the Sandbag Squat Jumps?

How to properly perform the Sandbag Squat Jumps

  3. Explode upward, jumping as high as possible, while tossing the sandbag upward.
  4. Land softly, bending your knees to cushion the landing, then return to the squat position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the recommended number of repetitions.
