What is the Single Arm Kettlebell Rows?

How to properly perform the Single Arm Kettlebell Rows

  1. Place a kettlebell on the floor beside you.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Reach down and grab the kettlebell with one hand, palm facing towards your body.
  4. Pull the kettlebell up towards your chest, keeping your elbow close to your side.
  5. Squeeze your back muscles at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch sides.
