What is the Dumbbell Flyes on Swiss Ball?

The dumbbell flyes on a Swiss ball are an excellent isolation exercise targeting the chest muscles. This movement not only helps to build muscle strength in the chest but also improves balance and stability using the Swiss ball.

How to properly perform the Dumbbell Flyes on Swiss Ball

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells and sit on a Swiss ball.
  2. Slowly roll to have your upper back on the ball, feet firmly flat on the floor while holding the dumbbells over your chest, arms slightly bent.
  3. Slowly spread your arms out to the sides, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
