How to properly perform the High Grip Dumbbell Squats
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, palms facing inward.
- Engage your core and keep your chest up as you lower your body into a squat, pushing your hips back and bending your knees.
- Lower yourself as far as you comfortably can, keeping your heels on the ground and your knees aligned with your toes.
- Drive through your heels to push yourself back up to the starting position, extending your hips and knees.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
