What is the BOSU - Side Plank (Feet On Dome)?

The BOSU side plank is an excellent exercise for strengthening the stabilizing muscles of the core, particularly the obliques and abdominals. By adding the instability of the BOSU, this exercise further engages your core muscles, helping to improve balance and stability.

How to properly perform the BOSU - Side Plank (Feet On Dome)

  1. Start by placing the BOSU on the floor with the dome side up.
  2. Position your feet on top of the dome, with one foot stacked on top of the other.
  3. Place your elbow directly under your shoulder and align your body into a straight line from your head to your feet.
  4. Lift your hips off the ground, engaging your core and glutes.
  5. Hold this position for the desired amount of time, keeping your body stable and aligned.
  6. Repeat on the other side.
