How to properly perform the Feet Elevated Bench Dips

  1. Place your hands on a bench behind you, fingers pointing forward.
  2. Place your feet on another platform or an elevated bench in front of you.
  3. Lower your body by bending your arms until your elbows are bent to about 90 degrees.
  4. Push through your arms to return to the starting position by contracting your triceps.
  5. Repeat the movement for the recommended number of repetitions.
