How to properly perform the Reverse Plank

  1. Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and your hands placed behind you, fingers pointing towards your feet.
  2. Lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your head to your heels.
  3. Engage your core and hold the position, keeping your body straight.
  4. Hold for the desired amount of time, then lower your hips back to the ground.
