How to properly perform the Alternating Arm Circles (Warm-up)

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides.
  2. Raise your arms to the side, keeping them straight, until they are parallel to the ground.
  3. Make small circles with your arms, moving them forward for a set amount of time.
  4. Reverse the direction and make small circles backward for the same amount of time.
  5. Keep your core engaged and maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
