How to properly perform the Barbell Press Sit-Ups
- Lie down on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a loaded barbell on your chest with palms facing forward.
- Contract your abdominal muscles and perform a forward flexion by lifting your torso off the floor while keeping the barbell close to your body.
- Once you reach the seated position, press the barbell overhead, performing a press.
- Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement, then repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
