What is the Incline Finger Press?

The incline finger press is an isolation exercise primarily targeting the biceps. It's beneficial for strengthening the upper arms and can be included in routines for practitioners of all levels. By controlling the motion, this exercise enhances muscle contraction and optimizes biceps development.

How to properly perform the Incline Finger Press

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an underhand grip, palms facing forward.
  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
  3. Curl the barbell upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the barbell back down in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
