How to properly perform the Lying Prone Quadriceps Stretch
- Lie facedown with your legs extended behind you.
- Bend one leg at a 90-degree angle, bringing the heel towards your buttocks.
- Grab the bent ankle with the corresponding hand.
- Gently pull your heel towards your buttocks, maintaining a slight pressure.
- Feel the stretch in the quadriceps of the bent leg.
- Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Slowly release the tension and repeat on the other side.
