How to properly perform the Seated Single Arm Tricep Kickbacks

  1. Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Bend your elbow to a 90-degree angle, bringing the dumbbell close to your side.
  4. Extend your arm backward, straightening your elbow and squeezing your triceps.
  5. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other arm.
