How to properly perform the Seated Toe Pull Calf Stretch

- Keeping your leg straight, gently pull the towel or band towards you, flexing your foot and stretching your calf muscles.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, feeling the tension in your calf.
- Release the stretch and repeat on the other leg.
- Continue alternating legs for the recommended number of repetitions, focusing on maintaining a gentle pull and feeling the stretch in your calves.
