How to properly perform the Warrior Humble Pose (Baddha Virabhadrasana)

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.

  2. Begin in Tadasana (Mountain Pose), then step your left leg back about 1.5 meters and turn your back foot to a 45-degree angle.

  3. Bend the right leg to 90 degrees, aligning the knee with the ankle.

  4. Raise your arms overhead, then interlace your hands behind your back and gently lean forward, bringing your torso inside your right thigh.

  5. Hold this position for 10 deep breaths, then repeat on the other side.
