What is the Box Jump?

How to properly perform the Box Jump

  1. Stand on one leg in front of a sturdy box or platform.
  2. Lower your body into a squat position on the standing leg.
  3. Explosively jump onto the box, landing softly with your knees slightly bent.
  4. Step back down and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
