What is the Cable Rear Delt Fly?

How to properly perform the Cable Rear Delt Fly
- Attach a D-handle to a low pulley cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the handle with your hand and step back to create tension on the cable.
- Keep your back straight, core engaged, and chest up.
- With your arm slightly bent, pull the cable outward and back, squeezing your rear delts.
- Pause at the end of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch sides.
