What is the Double Kettlebell Cleans?

The double kettlebell clean is an advanced exercise that works various muscle groups, including the shoulders, arms, and legs. This dynamic and explosive movement is great for enhancing overall strength and core stability, while also improving coordination and fitness.

How to properly perform the Double Kettlebell Cleans

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and the kettlebells on the ground in front of you.
  2. Squat down and grab the kettlebells with an overhand grip.
  3. Drive through your legs and hips, explosively pulling the kettlebells up to shoulder height, keeping them close to your body.
  4. As the kettlebells reach shoulder height, rotate your wrists and catch the kettlebells in the rack position, with your elbows tucked and kettlebells resting on your forearms.
  5. Stand up tall, maintaining a strong core and stable posture.
  6. Lower the kettlebells back down to the starting position and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
