What is the Double Kettlebell Push Press?

The Double Kettlebell Push Press is a strength and power exercise that heavily targets the shoulders, triceps, and core stabilizer muscles. Suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes, it enhances explosive strength, balance, and coordination.

How to properly perform the Double Kettlebell Push Press

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder height.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and perform a quarter squat, using the momentum to explosively drive the kettlebells overhead.
  3. Extend your arms fully and lock out your elbows at the top of the movement.
  4. Lower the kettlebells back to shoulder height and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
  5. Keep your core engaged and maintain proper form throughout the exercise.
