What is the Inverted rows?
The Inverted Rows are a fundamental exercise for strengthening the back muscles. Perfect for enhancing posture and pulling strength, this exercise also engages the core muscles to keep your body aligned.
How to properly perform the Inverted rows
- Set up a bar at about waist height.
- Lie on your back underneath the bar and grab it with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your body straight and your heels on the ground.
- Pull your chest towards the bar by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower yourself back down with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
