How to properly perform the Squat Jumps on a Box

  3. Bend your knees and lower your hips into a squat position.
  4. Explosively jump up, extending your hips and knees, and land softly on top of the box or platform.
  5. Bend your knees to absorb the impact and immediately jump back down to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
