How to properly perform the Alternating Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

  1. Set an adjustable bench to an incline position of your choice.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lie back on the bench.
  3. Start with the dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing forward.
  4. Push one dumbbell up towards the ceiling, fully extending your arm.
  5. Lower the dumbbell back down to shoulder level while simultaneously pressing the other dumbbell up.
  6. Continue alternating arms, maintaining a controlled and stable movement.
  7. Keep your core engaged, back pressed against the bench, and chest lifted throughout the exercise.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on each side.
